We deliver throughout the United Kingdom & Europe and hundreds of selected International territories. Please see our Shipping, Returns sections for more information.

  1. Do you offer free delivery?

We offer Free Delivery on UK & EU orders £30 and over. We do not offer Free Delivery on International orders.

  1. How can I track my order?

You can review the status of your order at any time by logging into the website and viewing your order. Your order will be shipped out within 1-2 working days.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation from delivery carrier chosen, depending on your location, with the tracking number so you can follow the status of your order.

 7. Is payment secure?

Aha we don't use doggy payment providers like those mascaras that drip out in an hour. We use 128bit SSL encryption and payment is processed by payment providers such as Paypal, Google pay, Amazon pay etc based on your choice.(and Apple Pay is on its way). We also have Klarna for split payments (conditions apply).
