We have faster shipping options available for USA & Canada. All depends on the products mix you choose. Typically deliveries are made in a week. We aim to deliver between 3 to 8 days in USA & Canada.
UK, Europe & Worldwide Deliveries Information
- We use a collection of carriers (including DPD, Hermes, Royal Mail, DHL, Whistl, UPS, FedEx, GLS, EMS Speedpost, DTDC etc) for deliveries.
- We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.
- If you do not receive your order within specified working days in the table below from the date of dispatch, please contact us at Shop@RightShades.com
- To get you world class products at best prices, we source and ship most of the times direct from global warehouses. This can create few days of uncertain delay and we request your patience during this time. We babysit each order and follow it up to keep you assured that it will be delivered.
- Our third party carriers may not be able to deliver to certain countries at particular times for reasons of politics, government, natural disaster, Coronavirus like pandemic or operational crises. In such circumstances your shipment will be returned to our mail centre and held till such a time that they are able to deliver to you.
- Due to strict Customs Regulations in Australia we are unable to dispatch anything that contains Citrus Peel or Wood to this country.
- We source products direct from manufacturers and first line distributors to give you best quality products at a price that saves show room and high street shop expenditures levied in selling prices. This means that sometimes depending on your order products, they may arrive from EU.
